Refund policy
At Black Buck, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for returns, replacements, store credits, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be in original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and no signs of wear or damage.
Return approval is at the company’s discretion.
You are NOT eligible for a return or refund if:
You fail to provide sufficient claim details or photos (including tags).
The product was tampered with or pilfered — such cases must be reported on the same day.
The product has been used or the packaging discarded before our inspection.
The request is made after the 72-hour window.
2. How to Request a Return
Submit a request via Your Orders page OR email support@blackbuckfashions.com.
You’ll receive a status update within 24–48 hours (Tuesday–Sunday).
Requests submitted on Mondays will be processed on Tuesday.
3. Return Options
Upon approval, you can choose one of the following:
A. Replacement
Applicable for size or product issues.
We will arrange a reverse pickup (processing time: 5–8 working days).
B. Store Credit
Credit can be used for future purchases with no expiry date.
C. Refund
Available for prepaid orders only.
No refunds will be issued for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Only store credit will be provided against approved returns.
₹150 return fee will be deducted for pickup & handling.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval and receipt of the returned product.
4. Reverse Pickup Guidelines
Availability depends on your pincode serviceability.
Reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If both fail, you must ship the item to us at your cost.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, send the item to our address:

Pickup must be completed within 7 days of approval. Delays, cancellations, or failures will automatically void your return request.
5. Incorrect or Mismatched Returns
Items returned that differ from your original order (wrong product, brand, or quantity) will be declined.
Any additional products sent will not be accepted or returned.
6. Refund Processing
It may take 10–15 days for the product to reach our warehouse after pickup.
Refund processing requires an additional 10–15 days.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment source.
7. Important Notes
Refunds/store credits are not available for replaced products.
A product can only be replaced once.
Store credit or exchange requests cannot be converted to refunds.
If a replacement cannot be delivered, store credit will be issued (₹100 deduction for shipping).
Damaged, defective, missing, or wrong products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery at support@blackbuckfashions.com.
